משתמשים ב-Loop? ארבע דרכים למחוק

החשבון, הטוקנים (מפתחות הגישה לרשתות), הפוסטים והקבצים, הלופים, התגובות וההודעות, רשימת האנשים, ההתראות והנתונים. עותקי גיבוי נמחקים לבד תוך 30 יום נוספים לכל היותר. נשאר רק מה שהחוק מחייב לשמור, למשל קבלות על תשלומים.

הגבתם או כתבתם לעסק שמשתמש ב-Loop?

את התגובות, ההודעות והפרטים שהשארתם (למשל טלפון או מייל) העסק אוסף ומנהל, ו-Loop רק מעבד אותם בשבילו. הדרך הכי מהירה היא לבקש מהעסק עצמו למחוק אותם. אפשר גם לכתוב לנו עם שם המשתמש שלכם ושם העסק, ונעביר את הבקשה לעסק ונעזור לטפל בה. התגובות עצמן נשארות באינסטגרם או בפייסבוק עד שמוחקים אותן שם.

Loop users: in Loop go to Settings → Privacy → "Delete account and all data"; access is blocked immediately and all data is permanently erased within 30 days. You can also remove Loop from Instagram/Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites (Meta notifies us and we disconnect immediately; if you also request deletion there, we delete all data obtained through that account and Meta gives you a confirmation code), revoke access from your Google account permissions or TikTok settings, or email [email protected] from your account email.

People who commented on or messaged a business that uses Loop: the business controls that data and Loop processes it on its behalf. Ask the business to delete it, or email us with your username and the business name and we will forward and help with the request.
